Delete your ADHD Flow account and data

You can delete your account without contacting support. This permanently removes the connected ADHD Flow account and its active synchronized data.

Delete immediately in the app

Open ADHD Flow and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Settings.
In Account, choose Delete my account.
Read the confirmation and choose Delete permanently.

The backend cancels an active ADHD Flow subscription, deletes the authentication account and cascades deletion to account-scoped application records. The app then clears its local account data on that device.

If you cannot access the app

Send a request from the email address used for your account to privacy@theyolocompany.com. Put “ADHD Flow — account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify control of the account before deleting it. We will complete a verified request without undue delay and within 30 days unless a legal exception applies.

Data deleted

Authentication account and profile.
Synchronized priorities, tasks, notes, ideas, templates and settings.
Focus statistics, Garden progress, devices, sync queue and deletion markers.
Saved calendar feed, weekly-digest preference and queued summaries.
Plan entitlements and ADHD Flow’s link to the billing customer.

Data that may be retained

Invoices, payment and transaction records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or consumer law. Stripe may retain data under its own legal duties. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups age out under the provider’s backup cycle and are not used for ordinary processing. Emails already delivered remain in your mailbox until you delete them.

Local browser-extension data

Deleting a connected account does not automatically uninstall the browser extension. Disconnect the account, clear local data in the extension, or uninstall the extension to remove its device-local data. Browser-synced preferences may also need to be cleared through your browser account.

Sign in with Apple

Apple sign-in is offered on the web, not in the current iOS app build. If you previously used it, deleting ADHD Flow data does not by itself remove the authorization held by Apple. After deletion, open your Apple Account settings, choose Sign in with Apple, select ADHD Flow and choose Stop Using Sign in with Apple.

Si vous n’avez plus accès à l’app, écrivez depuis l’adresse du compte à privacy@theyolocompany.com avec l’objet « ADHD Flow — demande de suppression de compte ». Après vérification, la demande est traitée sans délai excessif et au plus tard sous 30 jours, sauf obligation légale contraire.
